Newly developed, 2-3 bedroom, private, self-contained suite is comfortable, peaceful and features a nice view of Swan Creek Park, trails, birds and other wildlife in the back yard. 3rd and optional bedroom is semi detached, has a comfortable leather, queen size, pull-out bed and a new inrared dry sauna for 2 persons. The gardern suite has level entry and is very central to Victoria and amenities. This unit is perfect for families with children, or vacationing travelers looking for value. You will be pleased to know this bright, safe, cozy suite is legally certified, and a "Tourism BC Approved Accommodation". Your hosts are a friendly, welcoming, hospitable family. Views:
A private full view of Swan Creek, and park is viewed through the main window in garden level guest suite. A variety of birds and wildlife, such as beavers and otters can sometimes be observed in the backyard. There are also walking and biking trails steps away leading to the forested areas, an eagles nest, rivers, and flat lands. Nearby Swan Lake is home to a protected nature sanctuary as well as a network of trails, boardwalks, as well as wildlife exhibits  and information. In addition,a large field makes for plenty of play area for mom, dad and kids to enjoy! You will enjoy your stay for sure!

Policies:

• No smoking is allowed out side (designated area).
• Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets! Must first be approved by the Owner in rare cases.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Children are allowed.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per day.
