The Fish:
We catch not only Spring Salmon, but also Coho, sockeye, Chum, Pink, Halibut and Codfish also. We can target specific fish in certain areas or go for different kinds according to your wishes.
Typically, certain fish are better to go for depending on the time, tide activity, and the location of the fishing excursion you choose.

About the Captain and Guide:
 Your Captain and guide is a local 4th generation Victoria, BC resident and owner operator. The skipper is also a qualified mariner and life boat man, trained in Marine Emergency Duties and Transport Canada Certified for small commercial boat operations in Canada.
He has years of experience working on various boats in the marine industry including Canadian Coast Guard Vessels, car ferries and Charter guiding. Captain David have been fishing these waters of the West Coast for over 15 years so the expertise is surly there. Boats are all always kept up to Transport Canada and Coast Guard regulations with proper life jackets for adults and children, flares, and safety equipment for your protection. The small vessel (Karen) is inspected and certified too.

What to expect when fishing?
 You can expect to have serious fun.
The one to catch has always been the Chinook salmon, a trophy fish that can tip the scales at 32 kg (70 lbs), but there are four other species that also promise anglers the fight of their fishing lives.
Should the picture-perfect catch keep one waiting, there is lots to look at. Spectacular scenery ranges from towering coastline fjords to pristine mountain-top lakes, mighty rivers, long rocky beaches and forested areas.
Packaging and Cleaning Your Catch:
We offer the best advice to transport your fish and can refer you to those that can fish as well. We can clean and bag you catch as part of the fishing charter and send you on your way. Many of our out of town guests, purchase a cooler and ice the fish, bag the cooler and seal it, then transport it home without any difficulty.
